Exchange will be allowed for no other reason besides damage. In case the product is damaged (signs or broken etc) after confirming with the customer and physical inspection ( within 2 days of receiving the product) Our Company will be liable for it.

Need to exchange – Few points to remember
• Exchange request need to be within 7-10 days of the delivery of product.
• Please send detailed mails/whatsapp with photos if needed for easy processing of exchange.
• All returned items must be unused and unopened for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and protective covering in place. Items that are returned opened/used will not be accepted.
• The cost of Shipping in case of exchange will be paid by the customer.

• The products should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
• Any item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
