The cream releases the fatty granules and treat "mature" acne by getting to the source of the problem. To successfully treat acne, antibacterial agent IPMP and anti-inflammatory agent IPPN are added. Antibacterial agents like IIMP and anti-inflammatory agent IIPN are added to combat acne and treat skin irritation and redness.
